ServiceNow b2b customer interface

Hi folks,

our company started to work with ServiceNow half a year ago - it is used for team members in the customer support as well as for a b2b customer self service entrance area. As far as I understand ServiceNow is normally used for internal process optimization, ticketing systems, general IT service improvements etc. and not for external customer usage in terms of self service. I could not find any comparable example.
